All returns must be received within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. This means you must email us and ship your item back within 14 days after you have received your item.
Please email us at email@example.com before sending back a return. If your item is unworn, no stains, unwashed, and not a final sale we will process your order for a FULL REFUND.
If an item is damaged we must be notified within 4 days of receiving the item in order for us to process a return.
All items must be returned with their original tags attached (if applicable).
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know so we can see if we have the size you are looking for. Once we have received your return you will then be refund in which you can use to purchase a new size.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and all shipping charges are non-refundable by us. When sending your return items, we suggest them to be sent by USPS.
The return total will be given in the form in which you paid. Please allow 3-5 business days once we receive your return to issue the return.
